The MV Spirit of Chartwell is a 20 cabin - 40 passenger cruise vessel that can uniquely navigate under the low and arched bridges of the Thames as well as navigate the tidal reaches of the River Thames as well as the none-tidal reaches up to Weybridge in Surrey together with the Thames Estuary to Whitstable.

The vessel is classed by the British and Maritime and Coastguard Agency as a Class IV passenger cruise ship. In 2009 the vessel was re-designed and furnished by the well-known passenger ship designers 'Oliver Design' who were responsible for the design of our sister vessel Lord of the Glens. Shallow draught, lower and arched bridges, lock limitations and challenging tidal conditions have heretofore been obstacles that have thwarted others.
